Stuart Riverfront Renovation
Stuart, FL
After thirty years, the original owners' pool had a chalky surface, cracked cool-deck, and a pump that ran like a jet engine. They didn't want to move walls — they wanted the pool they already loved to look and run like new for the next twenty years.
Renovations hide their surprises until you open them up. Behind the old tile we found a bond beam that needed structural repair, and the existing plumbing was a generation behind. We handled both inside the original budget rather than coming back with a change order — that's the part most owners brace for and the part we work hardest to get right.
A new Pebble finish, glass waterline tile, a full Travertine deck, and a variable-speed, app-controlled equipment pad later, the pool looks like a different house and runs at a fraction of the old energy bill. The owners told us the neighbors keep asking who did it.

“After 30 years, our pool was tired. Palm City made it look like a different house — and they ate the surprises instead of nickel-and-diming us. The only contractor I've recommended without hesitation.”
