Every pool is different. The right way to price your project is to design it first, then build a fixed-fee contract from the design. But we know you're trying to plan — so here are the realistic ranges we've seen on our recent work. When we sit down together, we'll give you a number we can stand behind, and stick to.
Pool Renovation
$60,000 – $200,000
Typical: $80,000 – $130,000
12 – 20 weeksResurfacing, new tile + coping, new deck, equipment upgrades, often automation and lighting.
New Pool Construction
$150,000 – $500,000
Typical: $200,000 – $300,000
20 – 32 weeksCustom design, structural build, all finishes, deck, equipment, automation, landscape coordination.
Premium Custom
$300,000 – $1,000,000+
Typical: No scope ceiling

- Major outdoor structures like roofed pavilions (quoted separately)
